Cucumbers

STORE: In the refrigerator.

USE: Cut into circles for salads or lengthwise for sandwiches. Combine in a food processor with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mint and salt to make tzatziki sauce (great for grilled meat or dipping vegetables).
