Our brook and rainbow trout are raised near Monterey, Virginia. Their waters come from natural springs which pour straight out of the mountain’s side only a few hundred yards away.

Sizes

Our trout will be delivered to you frozen, whole and completely gutted once every TWO weeks or every FOUR weeks. The trout is frozen as soon as it is caught to preserve freshness. Trout shares come in four sizes: mini (2 fish), small (4 fish), medium (6 fish) and large (8 fish). (Although, none of them are red fish or blue fish, thank you very much Dr. Seuss.) They average around 10 oz each.
